BH Lanka team is currently expanding our global operations, and we are looking for young and energetic individuals to join our team for the Customer Care Senior Travel Executive / Manager role.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for handling a team who provides the best online customer service
  • Handling a team who has the first point of contact for a diverse of range of global customers. who prefer to use our live chat to seek information about our tours or need help in making the decision
  • Responsible for maximizing sales in BH Lanka by proving exemplary customer service and giving leadership to the team
  • Handling trainings and sales-related audits for the team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, business management, tourism management or relevant field
  • Handling a team who has the first point of contact for a diverse of range of global customers. who prefer to use our live chat to seek information about our tours or need help in making the decision
  • Knowledge in Office application
  • Minimum 4 years of customer care/ sales experience
  • English language proficiency essential
  • Experience in travel industry would be an added advantage
  • Experience in team management would be an added advantage
  • Bringing your unique personality to every customer interaction
  • High level of leadership skills will be required to play the major role as a senior executive for the whole team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Making creative travel packages and experiences within Sri Lanka.
  • Previous work experience in inbound travel industry would be an added advantage.
  • Diploma or degree level studies in Travel & tourism, Marketing.
  • Good in English, both writing and verbal communication.
  • Other language skills are added advantage.
  • Outgoing personality with negotiation and PR skills.
  • Sound knowledge in MS Office.
  • Social Media Marketing Skills would be added advantage.

Paid internship consists of 2 stages

Stage 1

  • Period: 1 month
  • Interview, Presentation & Evaluation at the end of the training
  • Training allowance will be paid
  • You must pass stage 1 to proceed to the stage 2

Stage 2

  • Period: 3 months
  • On the job training
  • Training allowance + Incentive will be paid
  • The successful completion of the internship will be based on performance at work & final evaluation (written exam + interview + presentation)

Work location: Kurunegala Monday to Friday.

  • Familiar with the Tourism industry with at least 1 year experience in Marketing, Tourism or Public Relations work
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites
  • Proficiency with digital data analysis tools, preferably Google Analytics
  • Good in English, both writing and verbal communication.
  • Other language skills are added advantage.
  • Outgoing personality with negotiation and PR skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Photoshop or illustrator.
  • Social Media Marketing Skills.
